The GLINDA PRINCIPLE is a blog about where I see lessons from the WIZARD OF OZ showing up in real life. I have long believed that the answer to almost any problem can be found somewhere along the Yellow Brick Road (and apologies to all who see "The Godfather" as the root of all knowledge). To that end, I am writing a book about the lessons I see in the movie and here I will be posting about where I have seen those philosophies come into play.
